Mr. Felt, a seasoned facilities engineer, joined Greka Energy in 2002 with the primary responsibility of managing regulatory compliance and safety protocols at the Santa Maria Refinery, an asphalt refinery, and the company's oil production fields.

 

Over the course of his two decades of dedicated service to the company, Harlan diligently revamped all process and safety management documents. He also introduced new process steps and made necessary modifications, all while maintaining active and productive communication with county and state regulators to guarantee strict adherence to regulatory requirements.
