Green Fuels Operating and Energy Rogue Establish Strategic Agreement

Partnership ensures 250,000 barrels per day of crude supply and global marketing of refined products for Net-Zero refinery network.

We’re excited to share that Green Fuels Operating, a subsidiary of Clean Refineries Inc., has entered into a strategic agreement with Energy Rogue LLC to secure crude oil supply and manage refined product marketing for our planned Net-Zero refinery network.

This agreement covers more than 250,000 barrels per day of crude supply and positions us to deliver gasoline, diesel, jet fuel, SAF, bunker fuel, and asphalt into both U.S. and international markets. With Energy Rogue’s expertise in risk management, market intelligence, and global outreach, we’re strengthening the commercial foundation for our Net-Zero Emissions Technology (NZET) facilities across the country.
