Mr. Duncan boasts an impressive three-decade-long career in the oil and gas industry, spanning both onshore and offshore roles with Chevron. With extensive experience in oil and gas operations, construction, and production, he has accumulated a wealth of knowledge.

 

In addition to his industry tenure, Vern is the owner of Coastal Construction & Rental, Inc., a thriving general engineering construction and rental company. His primary focus revolves around environmentally friendly and cost-effective approaches for long-term sustainable oil and gas projects.

Vern's educational background includes attending Allan Hancock College and California Polytechnic, where he obtained a degree in Agricultural Science. Beyond his professional pursuits, he cherishes quality time spent with family, and enjoys hobbies such as hunting, fishing, and traveling.
